Aamani Reddy
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher
RYT-500
What began as a simple attempt to ease bodily stiffness has, since 2019, evolved into yoga becoming a central part of my life. My journey from practicing at home to becoming an RYT-500 Yoga teacher has been nothing short of a profound life transformation. Having explored various styles of yoga, I found my true calling in the Mysore style of Ashtanga Vinyasa, which now forms the foundation and inspiration for my teachings. I genuinely believe that a consistent yoga practice has the power to transform a person from the inside out, unlocking their full potential.

Jyothsna Rongala
Inclusive Yoga Teacher
Inspired by The Teacher's Guide to Accessible Yoga by Jivana Heyman, Jyothsna’s approach to teaching yoga underwent a profound transformation. What began as a structured practice focused on alignment and form has evolved into something much deeper — a practice rooted in connection, healing, and inclusion.
Jyothsna now offers inclusive yoga classes that honor the diversity of all bodies and abilities. She believes yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose, but about creating space — space for every student to feel seen, supported, and whole.
Through her teaching, Jyothsna is committed to making yoga accessible and empowering for everyone, regardless of age, experience, body type, or physical ability. Her classes are a reflection of her core belief: that yoga is for every body.
